Instituted in 1980 at Carnegie Mellon, the Technical Opportunities Conference, which takes place each year in September, is attended by major national companies who come to Carnegie Mellon to recruit our engineering and computer science students for full-time and summer jobs.
The TOC attracts Carnegie Mellon's technical students and provides a way for companies to personally meet talented students interested in positions. The TOC is an annual event sponsored by the Carnegie Institute of Technology with the student chapter of the
Society of Women Engineers.
Companies may register for a booth at the Technical Opportunities Conference through the event web site.
