SWE holds a Middle School Day every spring to spark an early interest in engineering and science in young girls. The last two years' themes have been "Crime Investigation" and "Engineering Mars". This year's theme will be "Emphasis on Environmental Engineering" and will involve activities including building a Chemical Car.
